Looking at motley group of pocket knives at the local pawnshop. Found an interesting old knife. Large bone-handled folder with two blades. BUT when the clerk handed it to me and I opened the main blade, damn.... half the blade was sharpened away, leaving a curving remaining edge. Someone used this knife hard for years. Pen blade was worse, snapped off altogether. Main blade was marked with an R and some numbers, pretty sure it was a pre-WWII Remington knife. In decent shape it would be worth some money....oh, well.

Frustrating, eh?

But, if it had been any good, it wouldn't have been in a pawnshop.....probably.
Opinions? I have many. Some I don't, even, know about until I read my posts.
