My apologizes if this question is in the wrong subforum.

Here's the story:
I bought a Helle Utvaer knife that had a edge problem. After consulting with them by e-mail I sent the knife to them. They reacted very fast to e-mails and were very helpful.
By looking at the postal service website, they received the knife almost a month ago but I have had no response from then since.

Have anyone had any experience with their costumer support? Is it vacation time or should I be worried?

Helle are a very nice and honest company in my experiance.

Contact them again, tell them what you have told here - and they will solve your problem.

The issue is solved!

The long silence got me worried a bit but I don't blame them. I sent them e-mail again and the new knife is on it's way.
Having a well-known small company, it is easy to get lost in all the incoming e-mails.

Norwegians are very warm and kind people in my experience and Helle is no exception.
