My apologizes if this question is in the wrong subforum.
Here's the story:
I bought a Helle Utvaer knife that had a edge problem. After consulting with them by e-mail I sent the knife to them. They reacted very fast to e-mails and were very helpful.
By looking at the postal service website, they received the knife almost a month ago but I have had no response from then since.
Have anyone had any experience with their costumer support? Is it vacation time or should I be worried?
