I came upon a knife collection as part of a disposition of assets. I've been asked to determine a reasonable value for the knives then possibly sell them. I know nothing about knives beyond the common names I see on my own pocket knives like Victorinox, Buck and China! I've used eBay with some success but many of the knives are only mentioned in Google searches for the makers...no estimated values.
As an example, I've attached a picture of three. The first is a 2.5" Terzuola possibly titanium handled knife. The second is a 4.5" M.D.Smith with stone grips and maker scabbard. The last is a 4.5" Fowler (#1207 on the revers), stag handle and maker scabbard.
I don't know what details to even include. I hope the picture is descriptive. Any help on values would be appreciated and also information on where I might find values myself...I don't want to burden anyone with something I can do myself.
Thank you,
Darryl

Welcome to KF!
But Mr Levine does not come here any more.

He is the expert and an experienced valuer.
He does charge a small-ish fee.

I should have checked before replying, but you will find his contact details by clicking on his name.

Luck with your task.

No worries

I thought that, in passing, I saw another reply....
I guess not.
