I aquired a Pilot knife in very good used condition but as it turned out the sharpening stone is missing from the sheath.

Anyone know where I can find one?

The genuine sharpening stones are hard to come by. For those I can't give you any better advise than to look around at flea markets, gun shows, swap meets etc. They likely would be in among other small miscellaneous items and it's going to be a stroke of luck running across one.
Norton made the stones that came with the 5" pilots knives that came from Camillus and possibly others. But I haven't seen anything of the correct size in their present offerings.

As far as finding a replacement that is the correct size and type. I've found that Sears has sold one in their tool section for years.
Ontario has sold their pilots knives sheaths complete with sharpening stone separately in the past. You might contact the company to see if they will sell the stone alone.

Tell us more about your knife. What kind of markings are on it? Any pics.?

    Hope this helps, Good Luck.

Can't help with info....but do you realize what your long location details do to the sidebar on old computer screens owned by decrepit buggers who have to configure to allow for lousy eyesight?
On mine the sidebar is very wide when you post...makes the main column much narrower and the whole window scroll off the screen.
Be nice if you could make your location details a bit less wordy.

    Just a thought.
