glad you got it and it arrived safely it is one hell of a knife but i just couldnt get use to the compression lock i still would choose a liner/framelock or a lockback versus the compression lock just seemed to hard to disengage

Oh man, this is my first experience with the compression lock, and I am loving it! I hate frame/liner locks, but this, now, I like it! I find it fairly easy to disengage safely, and I have good success at one handed closing. It's almost as fast as a back lock for me....

I might say I like it (the Para 2) overall, better than I like my Manix 2...

yea well it all depends i just didnt like it because after playing with for 30 minutes to an hour my finger would start to hurt from the compression lock

I prefer the compression lock to a liner lock, but I also am used to the liner lock on the full size Military and it would take some getting used to for me.

In case anyone has been having trouble logging on with the forum upgrades, I am keeping the sign up open for a few more days - please let me know if you are interested in joining the passaround!

Thanks.
