"And quit bringing up our forefathers and saying they were civil libertarians. Our founding fathers would have never tolerated any of this crap. For God's sake, they were blowing peoples' heads off because they put a tax on their breakfast beverage. And it wasn't even coffee."
Figured I'd throw this on here before going through the effort of listening it on Ebay.
Looking to get rid of my knife kit issues by Johnson & Wales University. It would make a great starter kit for anyone else who might be attending culinary school or simply a knife set for someone.
It comes in a hard plastic locking case that has an internal storage compartment and includes the follow, all of which are made by F. Dick:
Competition 9" Chefs Knife
Superior 10" Wave Serrated Knife
Superior 3" Paring Knife
Premier Plus 7" Flex Boning Knife
10" Diamond Steel
10" Offset Spatula
7" Offset Fish Spatula
7" Carving Fork
A two-side Parisian scoop is missing as well at a 3" Tourne knife (though I may still be able to find that somewhere around the house, I remember seeing it recently).
Also being included as a good gester is a 7" Henckel Santoku, a 9" Flexible Victornic Fibrox Fillet Knife, and Wüsthof Come-Apart Kitchen Shears.
I will hopefully get around to taking pictures tonight or tomorrow but just wanted to throw this up now.
Knives were used for a year an a half at culinary school, but are still in good shape with a long life left in them. Since it was given to me I have no idea what it cost, but adding up the individual parts and accounting for wear......
$300 + half shipping cost.

I know this may not be the most interesting option for people on this site, so I was wondering if I could just get some feedback.
I'm going to list this set on Ebay, what's a reasonable price everyone thinks it might go for?
