    I just noticed the following ad on the A.G. Russell website:

    The CRKT Ken Onion design is made of an unknown alloy . . . or at least it's unknown to me . . . called Acuto+. Does anyone have information on this alloy other than the fact that it's ". . . noted for its high chromium and molybdenum content at 59-60 Rc"? Is Acuto+ a step up from Acuto 440? Is its chemical composition similar to an alloy I might be familiar with?

    Looks like I found my answer: "Acuto+ is described as an enhanced 440C."
