Just got this one in the mail today. An ML Hudson Bay with Ash scales and brass pins and washers. 8"x 3/16" blade with forge marks left on and a very comfortable 4 3/4" handle. It also has a real solid, heavy leather sheath which I didn't get pics of today.

Great stuff! A nice historical piece, but also a solid working blade. Matt did a great job on this one and I'm very pleased with it.

Yeah, I think so. It needs some woods time.

I'm on an island in Ca. You all are like brothers in the Mid-West, East Coast. Hope one day I'll meet this group.

Let us know any time you wanna come out Sarge

We are pretty lucky that there are a fair number of us that live comparatively close. Close enough to meet up for trips anyway.
