Hey all
This is my first ever serious blade that I have made from scratch and not from a kit or blank etc.
Its stainless steel which I don't think I heat treated right but still, I tried some simple file work which was fun (mother got really pissed off with me when I was sitting there filing while she was trying to watch TV).
Its approx. 7.5" OAL with a 3 6/8" blade.
Handle is Coolibah burl from my grans farm and Sydney blue gum (I think) from our my place.
Hope you like.
Any criticisms/suggestions are much appreciated (provided they're not toooo harsh)

Very nice ... I especially like the filework.
The tip looks slightly rounded, you might want to shorten the blade a bit to bring the tip up to a sharper point ... small critique though ... you did an excellent job!

For that I used a builders epoxy, colored with black brickies oxides.
