Here is the New Bark River Knives - Lil' Canadian

The Lil' Canadian is not only a New Model it is the first knife we have ever made in Crucible CPM 3 V Steel

This New Model is a Scaled Down Version of Our Full Size Canadian Special(my Favorite Mid-Sized Knife)

Here is the Lil'Canadian with it's Big Brother the Canadian Special.

This knife is one that we prototypes a couple of times and got nothing but very positive feed back from the folks that had them. The size is just right for hiking and camping and can also do EDC duty with no problems. We tested the CPM 3 V Steel - with our Heat Treat - for over a year and found it to be even tougher than Our A-2 with even better edge holding.

This Combination of the Design and the Steel has given all of us a great platform to put this steel through it's paces and see how all of you like it compared to the A-2. CPM 3 V is much more expensive than A-2 and is much more difficult to grind and polish for us.

The Lil' Canadian is just the right size to be able to really use it hard - in a wide verity of tasks and see how we all like it.

All of these knives are Clearly marked on the right facing of the Blade with the CPM 3 V- Marking.

It has plenty of handle and blade to give all of us a real trial in the field.

The Lil' Canadian is shipped with the Bushcraft "C" sheath by Sharpshooter Sheath Systems.

This Sheath is part of our Modular Sheath System and can be combined with any of the other Larger or Smaller Sheaths.

All of the Lil' Canadians are now shipped out of here.

This has been a pretty comprehensive run as far as handle selections go.

This thread has 188 Pictures including the Top views of the knives with Liners.

I think these will go fast so let your dealer know if you want one.

I'm positive you will be seeing a field review or two in the next couple of days.

I generally dislike hollow pins, but whoever preordered the BHS with hollow pins knew what they were doing. That looks very nice Mike.

The elders are quite impressive too.
