anyone has experience or infos about those ?

in my mind it was the entry level in masamoto western series, the steel is unknown and hrc is said 58-59 (sub zero quenched).

but i've just looked at the price and in fact they are more expensive than the vg10 serie in fact their 270 gyuto is 2$ more than a 270 hattori FH

i'm looking for a stainless petty i think masa vg10 because i now want it stainless and thin. any suggestion ?

If you seek bang for your buck in a VG-10 petty, then the Shun Classic 6" is basically unbeatable at $70-75, although I will admit that isn't much fun at all.

Haha no Shun is not fun.
They are good knives for the relatively low cost but there isn't much special about them.
