Neo, I'm completely agree with you.

Mr. Jukka Hankala is probably one of the best knifemakers and blacksmiths in the entire Scandinavia.

Here is my recent purchase from him:

    - "Lastu" and his "Big Brother", in Böhler-Uddeholm Silversteel K510

    - "Ikaris" hunter & skinner, in RWL-34

    - "Sääski" damascus hunter

    Regards! ......... Senad

I agree! Jukka Hankala (last name means "difficult") is one of the best in Scandinavia! The other one I truly like is Mauri Poylio from Sodankyla (way beyond the Arctic Circle)in Finland. Most of Mauri's knives are collectable knives... you can sure use the knives, but the sheaths might be akward...

Example on top... beautiful knives though! He is one of the rare knife makers that uses goat willow on the handles... and in very impressive way!

Here is a Knife Maker from Bergen, Norway.
IMO, he makes beautiful and unique scandis. I've been in touch with him via e-mail and he is a very nice person and very helpful!

    His name is:
    Harald Sellevold

    And his website is:
    Jeg elsker scandinavian kniver
