Small Spyderco Jess horn or one of the Russel one handers in my right front pocket.
Dress slacks often have a small inner pocket on the right side that makes it easy to carry them deep. Unobtrusive and convenient.
For back-up, a small Russel S.S. gents lock backs. I know these aren't real "warrior" knives but then again neither am I.
Bigger or "scary looking" knives would make my co-worker real nervous anyway.

if at first you don't succeed, change the rules.
