    Here is a chef's knife built for sale but now belongs to my wife. CPM154 at 59Rc, convex grind and edge, satin finish with a rounded spine. 15" OAL, 10 1/4" cutting edge, 2" wide, 1/8" thick. Brown canvas and stainless pins. Thanks for looking and have a good one!

    Hi there Chad, that person is me.
    Oh NO. One old ranger sandwiched between 2 Jar Heads. That's not a good combo.

    Chris, do you work with 3v and S35vn?

    I might be in market for some. To begin with how about pricing and time frame on a Chef knife in either of the above steels around 6.5" blade, around 2 inches in height with a thickness of .95 to .125 in G10?
