    Now that its confirmed that Helle is indeed releasing the Dokka folder, I figured I may as well post some pics. Mine is a preproduction sample and is unstamped. Factory models will have the usual Helle markings as well as a pretty slick leather belt sheath.

    couldn't find anything about it on their website.
    did they go for a 12c27 blade?
    have you heard of an estimated time of release?

    Nope. After more testing they decided to stick with the laminate steel. They will do a 12c27 version later on though.

    First batch all sold out in Germany (at the IWA show I think) so the US market will be a little behind (next batch is due in September) but I'd imagine they should start popping up in Europe soon.

    Not totally sure, although one Finn site I saw had them listed at 88 Euros.

    There is. It sits below the level of the Birch so its hard to tell unless you have the knife in hand and look close.
