    This is the Pitbull.

    Aluminium 7075 grade highpolished frame.
Select grade hand picked abalone incerts.
Precision milled and labor intensive hand ground and fitted incerts.
Labor intensive hand rubbed mirror polished blade.
Tab release/Tab lock, mechanics based on a lockback. Set up for right handed and can be reversed to left handed.

I'm proud to own this dynamic piece of art work in full functional intended operation. I have a dream one day of taking this camping and riding. I dont know if that day will ever come because I seem to enjoy it maybe more in this mint gorgeous condition. It is unique and one of my finest knives I own. There are only six Pitbulls made all of different build ups. This is the only abalone and only one of four interframe handles I think.

I think I'll let the knife and abalone speak for itself. Keep in mind there are four panel incerts and the visuals change differently on them so I decided to take alot of pics just to get close to capture whats going on.

As far as Steve goes I hope I've done this pictorial justice for all the hand work Steve put into it.

Lets hear hell ya for Steve Copland!

Steve just didn't send a knife. He sent a care package.

Its the macho design of the knife against the wonderlust of the abalone shell. Forget Micheal Angelo, I prefer G.S. Copeland.

Standing up you really see how aggresive and shaped this monster is. At a 4.5 inch blade thats big. The lock is tight and I dont have to explain how strong a lockback design is. The tab is stiff and takes some effort so no accidentals are going to happend at all.

    This is a standing Pitbull.

I forgot to mention you have to click the picture to size it to normal size. Weeks of carefull picking and editing need not go to waste.

OK abalone is one of the wonders of the world in my opinion. How the light hits it and changes colors and hues and sparkels to soft comforting warmth. All from a little bugger in the sea who makes his shelter, his house.

That shot up there was showing both the back incerts. Notice both have more blue with golds.

Then take a look here at the same back incerts at just a little different angle. This time we see oranges and pinks hues as the contrast.
