    LoL, Hey guys, Heres one I just finished up and wanted to share a few pics of, Its a 8 inch western style chef. 1095 Hign Carbon blade, full flat grinds, 1/8 ate the spine tapering to the tip.

    Handles are Stabilized Sycamore lacewood.
    Stainless hardware.

    Very neat - the knife makes a bold statement.

    However, my preference does not like the heavy belly upward curve towards the tip.

    Could be a winner if the cutting edge is straightened out a dash...

    MadRookie, Thanks for the comment. Most of my knife designs are hunting knives and camp knives, with the occasional folder thrown in for fun! These knives get used.. But not nearly to the same extent as the kitchen knives I make..Thanks for your honesty.. It helps me as a maker to have people tell you what they like and dislike about a knife. I know kitchen knives are the most "used" knives I make.. So learning and refining the knives is very important to me.. Trying to nail down the blade designs and what works and why..

    I like it! Very nice design. Some people prefer a bit more belly than others. Taste is Very individual. It's easy to adjust that. Nice work...
