My '95 was a 4 cyl. and standard. All I did was shift gears. It seemed it was always straining.

My '05 has the 6 cyl. and automatic. Great torque and the engine seems to be coasting at 65 MPH. We took it to Madison, WI for Thanksgiving (1100 miles round trip) We averaged a little over 15 mpg. I'm hoping that will improve some. I just went over 2000 miles today, so I know that she still has a lot of breaking in.

Good Luck,

A.T.

P.S On the trip to Madison, we stayed with the other traffic,... well most times. We probably stayed around 78 MPH when could. I'm a follower, not a leader.
